We built it for the
morning after.
Say Cheese is the event memory platform we kept wishing existed. Made in Newcastle for hosts who care, used at weddings, parties and brand activations across the UK and Ireland.

We think events deserve better software.
Most event tools treat photos like an afterthought. A folder. A link. A Twitter wall. We think they deserve the same care as the venue, the catering, the playlist. Say Cheese is built so the hardest part of your event is everything that happens around it. We just catch the photos.
Four things we keep telling ourselves.
Hosts come first.
Every product decision starts with the host. Their event, their branding, their boundaries. Guests are wonderful, but the platform answers to the host.
Private, on purpose.
We built the privacy first. No public discovery, no shared links by default, no selling photos to anybody. The album is yours, full stop.
Premium feels different.
Beautiful out of the box. Branded for you in two clicks. Live Wall that does not look like a Twitter hashtag from 2014.
Made by people who run events.
We have hosted weddings, run brand activations, lived through a hundred shared Google Drive disasters. We built the tool we kept wishing existed.
Three short chapters.

The first wedding
We built the rough version for one of our own weddings, after a third shared Google Drive failed to capture anything useful. Twelve guests, ninety photos, one very happy bride.

2025
The first brand event
A friend in marketing asked if we could run it for a launch. We added the curator queue. They added it to their next four activations. The professional packages were born.

Live in the UK and Ireland. Building toward Europe. A small team. A lot of opinions about what good event software looks like.
Newcastle, today. Europe, soon.
We host the platform in the EU, build in Newcastle, ship in English and (soon) French and Spanish. Want us in your country? Send us a line.
