How does a redemption code work?
Each card has a single-use code. The recipient creates an event, types the code at checkout, and the event tier unlocks straight away. They never see a price.
Can I personalise the card?
Yes. Add a sender name, a message, and a delivery date. The card is sent at the date and time you choose, in your name, with the message in your words.
Do codes expire?
Codes are good for twelve months from purchase. The event tier itself runs its own lifecycle once the code is redeemed.
Can I bulk-buy for a corporate event?
Yes. Bulk discounts kick in from 25 codes. Talk to us if you need an order of 100 or more, custom artwork, or a private redemption portal.
